Why contractors and homeowners choose PE Engineer
Permits stall for predictable reasons: missing calculations, drawings that ignore local amendments, and engineers who disappear after the first submittal. Our process removes all three.
You talk directly to the engineering team, get a firm price and date, and receive drawings organized the way plan reviewers expect.
One team, every discipline
Structural, architectural and MEP drawings from one coordinated team, so every sheet agrees and you manage one contact instead of four consultants.
A PE licensed in your state
Every set is sealed by a Professional Engineer licensed where the project is built, with name and license number on the seal as your department requires.
Corrections included
If the plan reviewer sends comments, we answer each one, revise and reseal. Revisions within the original scope cost nothing extra.
Fixed fees, stated up front
You get a clear price and delivery date before work starts. No hourly billing and no surprise invoices when the permit gets close.
Already have drawings? Get them PE stamped
Designers, contractors and manufacturers send us plans that need a Professional Engineer’s seal. An engineer reviews the drawings against the code and the loads, adds calculations or corrections where needed, and seals the set once it meets the standard.
- Structural, architectural and MEP drawings
- Truss packages, racks, canopies and equipment
- Calculations added where the reviewer requires them
- Sealed by a PE licensed in the project state

Frequently asked questions
What is a PE stamp?
A PE stamp, or seal, is the mark a licensed Professional Engineer places on drawings and calculations to show they designed or reviewed the work and take professional responsibility for it. Building departments require it on structural, MEP and many other permit documents.
Can you stamp plans in my state?
Yes. We serve all 50 states and Washington, DC. Every project is sealed by a Professional Engineer who holds an active license in the state where the project is located, through our network of state-licensed PEs.
Can you stamp drawings someone else prepared?
Often, yes. An engineer reviews your drawings, checks them against code and the loads involved, and requests calculations or revisions where needed. Once the design meets the standard, it is sealed. A PE never stamps work they have not reviewed.
How much does a PE stamp or engineered plan set cost?
It depends on the scope, from a single beam calculation to a full commercial plan set. Send your project details and we reply with a fixed-fee proposal, usually the same day. There are no hourly surprises.
How fast can I get stamped drawings?
Many residential packages are delivered within a few business days of receiving complete information. Rush service is available when your schedule depends on it. Larger commercial projects are scheduled when we quote.
What if the building department sends corrections?
Send us the plan-check comments. We respond to each item, revise and reseal the drawings, and you resubmit. Revisions within the original scope are included at no extra charge.
