Engineering that keeps projects moving
PE Engineer prepares and seals engineering drawings for permit. Our clients are homeowners adding space, contractors who need a beam sized by Friday, architects who need a structural and MEP partner, and manufacturers who sell products into every state and need each installation stamped.
We are based in Modesto, California, and we work nationwide. Because engineering licenses are issued state by state, we operate through a network of Professional Engineers licensed across the country. Every project is reviewed and sealed by an engineer who holds an active license in the state where it will be built.
What ties it together is one standard of work: drawings that follow the codes your jurisdiction actually enforces, calculations organized the way plan reviewers expect, clear fixed fees, and engineers who stay on the project until the permit is issued.

How we work
Review before we seal
An engineer reviews every drawing before it is stamped. If something does not meet the code or the loads, we tell you and fix it rather than seal it.
Design to local rules
We check the code edition, local amendments and site-specific wind, snow, seismic and frost values for every address.
Answer to the end
Plan-check comments, inspector questions and field changes are part of the job. We respond quickly so your schedule holds.
Say what it costs
Fixed fees and dates up front, in writing, before any work begins.
Licensing and accountability
Engineering seals carry legal responsibility. This is how we make sure yours will hold up at plan check and beyond.
Licensed where you build
Every project is sealed by a Professional Engineer with an active license in the project state. The engineer's name and license number appear on the seal, as your building department requires.
Verify before you approve
Ask, and we share the name and license number of the engineer who will seal your project, so you can confirm it on the state board's public license lookup before you approve the proposal.
Reviewed, never rubber-stamped
We do not seal work we have not checked. Drawings from other designers are reviewed against the code and loads, with calculations added or changes requested before sealing.
Accountable after delivery
Plan-check comments and field questions go to the same engineering team, and revisions within the original scope are included until the permit is issued.
