Deposits and Initial Payments
Payments made to initiate work are generally non-refundable once project work has commenced.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Work has not yet started
- PE Engineer is unable to complete the agreed scope of work
- A duplicate payment was made
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds are not provided for:
- Change of mind after work has started
- Delays caused by missing information from the client
- Permit denials unrelated to our scope of work
- Jurisdiction-specific requirements not disclosed before engagement
- Services already delivered, including digital drawings, calculations, and stamped documents
Building Department Revisions
If permit comments relate to our original scope, we will make reasonable revisions as outlined in the proposal. This does not constitute grounds for a refund.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
